I am starting a new challenge today.
Everyone on the internet has there own ideas about what Clean Eating is. I am just challenging myself to eat more whole foods and not so much processed, prepackaged foods.
I love my morning coffee with vanilla creamer and that I am not willing to give up;) But as for the rest of my day I will aim to make better choices:)
I am excited to see if these changes will give me more energy or not? With me working 12 hour shifts now I need all the help I can get! Hehe:D

Good luck. I'm trying to eat cleaner this week as well and in general.
ReplyDeleteSounds good...And for all those times where I don't eat clean...(does that mean I'm eating dirt??) LOL! :-)... I'm trying to drink more water to flush out my mistakes!!!! Keep on! Thanks for the inspiration!
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome! I am so trying to get my mind wrapped around the fact that this is a lifestyle for me and not just a super strict plan to follow. I still have my coffee too and its not something I am willing to give up either! You might also look into a superB complex vitamin. I take one in the morning and one at lunch if I am really sluggish. They are a great vitamin but also gives you more energy. :)
