Weigh in results:
It is times like this that you need to try and take a step back and look at the big picture rather than just today and just the scale. Think about all the positive changes you have made in the past 6 months. One bad day, week, or weigh in is not the big picture. It is important to reflect and try to learn from what went wrong- but it is equally important not to get stuck and dwell on it. Realize we are not perfect- this is hard- and most importantly... give yourself hug- and then move on!!! You can do this!!!
Dont sweat it! You are doing great and have come so far! You had an off week and you are transitioning.
