Feelin' Fine on Friday!

I have been trying something a little different the past few days. I have been eating more low carb and trying to add more protein to my diet. Which is something I have always been lacking. Not a big fan of red meat, but I am trying. So far I am feeling pretty good about the changes and definitely feeling fuller! I am pretty excited to see the results at Mondays weigh in:) Have a great weekend!


  1. Are you a yogurt eater? Greek yogurt is high in protein and very filling. I get plain, no fat and add my own fruit. Great, filling snack.

  2. Looking forward to hear your results on monday! I'm considering a carb-reduced diet. I could never go back to the strict low carb I used to do, that was awful :p
