November Goal

I have always liked making goals for myself. It gives me power to control my outcome! The feeling I have when I accomplish a goal is amazing. So my goal for November is to lose 10 more pounds by Thanksgiving which is on November, 24.


  1. I am the same way! Without goals I don't really know what to do as I don't know where I am going. They help me stay focused and motivated. Have you ever been in an organized race or bike ride? A 5k? Since you love the feeling of accomplishing a goal- you would probably love the feeling of crossing a finish line. For me there is nothing sweeter!!!
