30 Day Shred Challenge

I am challenging myself to do this dvd for 30 days and then I will post all of the results:) I am ready to sweat off those inches!!! Wish me luck:)


  1. Good luck! She's horrible (but effective). When i was doing that DVD religiously I lost 6.8 lbs in 1 week! Hmmm maybe I should start that up again!
