Weight Watchers Day #1

Yesterday was the first day of my new Weight Watchers diet plan. It actually went well:) I did feel like I was cheating most of the day. The reason for this is because most of the foods I ate would have been a huge no, no on my low carb diet. But I did feel good at the end of the day that I stuck to it :) I like to think of each day as a huge step towards the bigger picture.

When you get up in the morning say to yourself " I am a beautiful person, I value my health and the body God has given to me, and for this reason I am worth taking care of myself each and everyday!"

I am looking forward to this new journey....

I hope you will join me:-)

  1. I've heard so many good things about WW over the years. The fact that your attitude is so positive is only going to help you achieve your goals. Best of luck!

  4. You're back!..been pretty slack in checking in to Blogland the last week. So glad your trip was good and that you allowed yourself to "enjoy". :-) SO sorry you are sick!!!...NOT fun...that really puts a thorn in the diet/exercise regimen every time...but this too shall pass. Glad you are adapting to the diet change well. And I'm with you for the 2012 goals. IT's nothing but "Git er done" . RAH. Glad you are checking in again. Keep inspiring people. :-)
This time of year is always a bump in the road for the workouts and eating because of all the out-of-the-ordinary activities and chores we need to do. January.....BACK TO BUSINESS! Let's go girl. FEEL Better! Hugs.
