I am 33 years old and trying to get myself back to a "healthier" me. I have lost a total of 12 lbs. so far in just two short weeks. My goal would be to lose around 30-40 pounds.
I have tried just about everything the last few years to loose weight, with little sucess. I have decided to make some life style changes and incorporate some of the tricks that worked for me in the past. A combination of calorie counting and WW (Weight Watchers).
I am on to a great start with the 12 pound weight loss thus far...
Looking forward to my 3 week weigh in on Monday!! Wish me luck :)
