It's what's for lunch!

Campbell's Soup at Hand: 80 calories, total fat 2g, Dietary fiber 2g. These are so nice for when you are on the go and need something quick! Just microwave and put the sipping lid on and you are good to go.

  2. YUM! love the soup options specially in the fall and winter. filling and low cal. Love the post on I CAN! I have a little saying over my computer..think it may have come from the Marines...but anyway it says "DO or DO NOT...THERE IS NO TRY". so true...everybody who says I'll try, is either gonna do it....or fail. I am with you. I say "I WILL!" or as in your case "I CAN!"'s all in the attitude! I fully believe it affects the outcome. :-) have a great weekend!
