Thirsty Thursday

I have to admit I HATE water! Unless it is a super HOT day I do not like to drink it...Usually...well the truth is I always choose diet pop.


I do not consume a lot of diet pop, but it is the only thing I drink beside Crystal Light( is that considered water?? is mixed with water;))

I think I am..well I AM going to challenge myself for 7 days to switch my diet pop with regular( more healthy) good old H2O! Lets see how this affects my weigh in's.

I know it will be hard but I know that I CAN DO IT!!

Wish me luck on starting day #1!


  1. Let me tell you something.. I LOVE DR.PEPPER. But in Norway, we only have the regular one - not diet! It is so awful!
