Well this week was a set back. I had my first gain of +1lb. Now to get back on track and kick some butt for next weeks weigh in!!
Sorry about the gain. You seem to have a great attitude about not letting it defeat you! That is awesome! I know you will ROCK this week!!!
I think you just need to forget this gain and work towards next week together with me! Sometimes the scale sucks, but we'll teach it who's boss! :D
